Alana is a student clinician currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School and is practicing under the supervision Dr. Rachel Sutton.
In addition to her academic training, Alana works in a women’s residential treatment program supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. This experience has informed her understanding of complex presentations and strengthened her commitment to providing comprehensive, client-centered care.
Alana adopts a collaborative and evidence-informed approach to psychotherapy, grounded in empathy, professionalism, and respect. She is dedicated to establishing a safe, structured, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment that facilitates emotional safety, self-exploration, and psychological growth.
Her clinical work is guided by trauma-informed and culturally responsive principles, with a focus on supporting clients in developing insight, enhancing coping strategies, and working toward meaningful therapeutic goals.
